In this world, decisions are shaped by inclusive, knowledge-rich dialogues that integrate science, local experience, and cultural meaning. By fostering collaboration across disciplines and communities, we strive for lakes that are ecologically healthy, culturally cherished, and central to resilient, thriving societies.

Through PLURALAKES, we aim to co-create practical pathways towards this vision, using the Nature Futures Framework (NFF) to bring diverse perspectives into a shared space for imagining and shaping sustainable and just lake futures.
